Sign On Letters Of Support

The Health Care For Massachusetts Campaign is planning to send a series of letters to the Legislature showing support for the Health Care Constitutional Amendment from as many perspectives and groups as we can.

Show your support for the Health Care Amendment by adding your name to one of the letters of support listed below or, if you don't see one that fits your interest or group, contact Michael Carr our campaign manager at [email protected] and tell him so we can start a new one that does.

This is a citizen led initiative that has gained overwhelming support from across the state. Your support is crucial to creating a Commonwealth where every Massachusetts resident has access to affordable, comprehensive and equitably financed coverage for medically necessary health and mental health care services.

The information you fill out below - your name, title and organization (for identification purposes only) will be included on the letter you indicate when it is delivered to the Legislature, distributed to the public, or posted on the Campaign website.

With your support, we can make history in Massachusetts by becoming the first state in the nation to guarantee every resident in the state access to affordable, comprehensive health and mental health care.

Sign on today!

Thank you.
